Amanda Miller will share ways to strategically and effectively tell your company’s ESG narrative.
About the speaker
Amanda Miller serves as the director of communication for NACCO Natural Resources, a portfolio of natural resources related companies which includes North American Coal.
Miller previously worked with aggregates producer Martin Marietta as a director of government affairs and public relations after spending more than 14 years in the chamber of commerce/association industry, where she was the first woman in Texas to earn the Certified Chamber Executive status from the American Chamber of Commerce Executives.
She earned a Bachelor of Arts degree in Communication/Journalism with an emphasis on public relations from Stephen F. Austin State University and an MBA from Texas A&M University-Commerce.
She has held multiple leadership roles with the Texas Aggregates and Concrete Association, the Oklahoma Aggregates Association, the U.S. Chamber of Commerce Institute for Organization Management, and local chambers of commerce.
Throughout her career, Miller has worked with multiple rebranding initiatives, website launches, and government relations/public affairs endeavors. Her most recent duties include the management of ESG for NACCO Industries and its subsidiaries.
